Frequently Asked Questions

Why do I need mentoring or coaching?

Over the course of our life we face many challenges or we are struggling with stress, anxiety or depression and sometimes it can be hard to find the right person to talk to, either because we don't want to share certain information or we feel embarrassed. That's why I offer a safe and supportive environment in my mentoring sessions where you can freely express yourself and find the help and guidance you need. I am here to listen and to provide you with the tools to help you to overcome your fears and live a purposeful life.

What is the difference between coach, mentor and psychologist?

People often get confused between those terms that's why I want to be complete transparent in what I am able and allowed to offer you.

As a mentor and coach I will provide guidance, support, and advice based on my knowledge and expertise. Individually I will work with you to clarify your goals, identify obstacles, and develop strategies to reach your desired outcomes by applying various techniques and tools. Whereas a psychologist is a licensed mental health professional who specializes in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental and emotional disorders which means that I am not offering pyschotherapy or similar treatments.

How can I start working with you?
